About PMD Steel Construction
Our Director, Paul Dobinson, is a third-generation steel erector with over 40 years of hands-on industry experience. Having started on site at just 17, Paul has contributed to some of London's most iconic developments, dating back to Canary Wharf in the late 1980s.
PMD has built a strong track record in delivering major structural steelwork projects, including the recent erection of over 1,000 tonnes of structural steel at Google's Data Centre in Cheshunt.
Our clients have included some of the industry's established names, including Kiernan Steel, Erith, Bourne Steel and Cahills.
Alongside our expertise on site, we recognise that accurate record-keeping and clear communication are extremely important to the successful delivery of any project. We pride ourselves on our meticulous approach to site documentation, supported by modern digital management systems that provide accurate, up-to-date records of site activities and progress. This ensures transparency, accountability and effective coordination between our site teams, management and clients.
